Phase 1: Soothe + Hydrate (Days 0–7/14)

While carbon crusts are present

During this phase:

• Carbon crusts are forming and healing

• Skin may feel tight, dry, or sensitive

• Keep your routine minimal

Instructions:

• For the first 24 hours, follow your immediate aftercare instructions

• After 24 hours, cleanse gently with Youthplex Cleanser

• Apply a thin layer of NeoGenesis Beta-Glucan Serum

• Do not pick, scratch, or remove carbon crusts

• Do not apply creams or active skincare over the carbon crusts

• Avoid heat, excessive sweating, and unnecessary sun exposure

Beta-Glucan is your soothe + hydrate step while the carbon crusts are present.

Phase 2: Repair + Restore (Once Crusts Have Fallen Off)

Begin once all carbon crusts have naturally shed and the skin is fully closed

Morning:

1. Cleanse gently with Youthplex Cleanser

2. Apply Beta-Glucan Serum

3. Apply a thin layer of Ami-Sterol Cream

4. Apply SPF 50

Night:

1. Cleanse

2. Apply Beta-Glucan Serum

3. Apply Ami-Sterol Cream

• Use a small amount of Ami-Sterol, a thin layer is all you need

• Continue Ami-Sterol morning and night until finished

• Continue Beta-Glucan for additional hydration and barrier support

Phase 3: Enhance + Maintain (Once Fully Healed)

Begin once skin feels fully healed, comfortable, and no longer sensitive

Morning:

4. SPF 50

Night:

1. Cleanse

2. Beta-Glucan Serum

If your skin still feels dry or needs additional barrier support, Ami-Sterol can be used as needed until finished.

Ongoing Maintenance

• Wear SPF 50 daily

• Keep skin hydrated and support a healthy skin barrier

• Continue Youthplex Face Lift Cream as your daily firming moisturizer

• Beta-Glucan can remain in your routine for ongoing hydration and barrier support
