We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you authorize WrightLooks to securely hold your card on file as a deposit guarantee. Your card is not charged at the time of booking — it will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. •
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. •
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card on file. • Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and may be charged 50% of the total service cost.
If you’d like to rebook after a late cancellation or no-show, a new card authorization will be required to reserve your next appointment.
FOR COSMETIC TATTOOS:
If you arrive with chapped lips, irritated skin, or any area that is not safe or healthy to work on, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit guarantee will be forfeited.
If you arrive with previous tattooing that has not been pre-approved by one of our artists, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit guarantee will be forfeited.
A minimum of 2 appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent, long lasting outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve your desired results and will be charged accordingly, but we always try to do our best with the initial 2!
FOR ALL TREATMENTS:
Prep & Care are provided to achieve optimal results, but there are NO GUARANTEES made due to different skin types reacting differently to the procedure and because we have no control over outside factors (proper aftercare, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure etc.) that contribute to the final results.
