Policies
All appointments require a $50 deposit, which can be transferred to a new appointment time with 48 hour notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule, your deposit will be lost. “No Shows” will result in the original payment method being charged in full for the service that was originally booked.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, and non-transferable between other clients and other artists.
If you will be late to your appointment, please let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you’d like to rebook, a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non-refundable.
FOR COSMETIC TATTOOS:
If you arrive at your appointment with chapped lips, irritated skin or a surface that we deem is not safe or healthy to work on, your deposit is forfeit and other fees may apply.
If you arrive at your appointment with previous tattooing and have not been pre-approved by one of our artists, your deposit is forfeit and other fees may apply.
A minimum of 2 appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent, long lasting outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve your desired results and will be charged accordingly, but we always try to do our best with the initial 2!
FOR ALL TREATMENTS:
Prep & Care are provided to achieve optimal results, but there are NO GUARANTEES made due to different skin types reacting differently to the procedure and because we have no control over outside factors (proper aftercare, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure etc.) that contribute to the final results.
