CANCELLATIONS & APPOINTMENTS

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be charged if the cancellation, no-show, or late-arrival policy is violated.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • 48 hours or more: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the scheduled treatment total.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled treatment total.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled or rescheduled and may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment total.

If you would like to rebook following a late cancellation or no-show, a valid card authorization will be required to reserve your next appointment.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Appointments booked through third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation, credit, refund, and booking policies of the platform through which the appointment was made.

Third-party promotions, credits, discounts, and offers cannot be combined with WrightLooks promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards unless otherwise stated.

INTAKE FORMS & TREATMENT ELIGIBILITY

For your safety, certain treatments require a completed intake form and advance review of medical history, contraindications, and pre-treatment requirements.

All required intake forms must be completed and submitted with sufficient time for review before your appointment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding medications, recent procedures, skin conditions, allergies, and any other relevant medical history.

Fibroblast Skin Tightening treatments require advance review and confirmation of treatment eligibility and compliance with all pre-care instructions.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if required forms are not completed in time for review, pre-care requirements have not been met, or a contraindication prevents treatment from being safely performed.

Failure to complete required forms, disclose relevant information, or follow pre-care instructions may result in applicable cancellation fees, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Submission of an intake form does not guarantee treatment eligibility. WrightLooks reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment when safety requirements have not been met.

PREP & AFTERCARE

Treatment-specific prep and aftercare instructions are provided to support proper healing and the best possible outcome. Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions provided before and after treatment.

Individual results vary. WrightLooks cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes may be affected by individual skin characteristics, healing response, lifestyle, sun exposure, adherence to aftercare, and other factors outside of our control.

RESULTS & ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS

Some treatments may require more than one session to achieve the desired outcome. The number of treatments needed varies by individual, and additional treatments are not included unless specifically stated as part of a package.
